In the position of VIP Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with high-value customers r expertise in communication and understanding of client needs will help ensure their satisfaction with our services. By actively monitoring and optimizing player interactions, you will create memorable gaming experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze VIP database to enhance player engagement
• Reactivate players through diverse communication methods
• Identify opportunities for targeted upselling efforts
• Liaise between VIPs and internal teams for effective management
• Develop tailored marketing strategies for VIP clientele
Requirements:
• 1-2 years managing accounts in a relevant portfolio
• Experience in online entertainment/gaming is a plus
• Strong communication skills across different platforms
• Sales-focused mindset to drive results
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends
