As a Pit Manager, you will coordinate gaming operations on a shift basis under the Casino Shift Manager's direction. Your responsibilities include supporting team philosophy, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining a safe work environment. You will work closely with senior leadership to enhance the guest experience and manage team performance effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee gaming operations during assigned shifts

• Ensure compliance with gaming policies and regulations

• Coach and mentor table games team members

• Prepare operation reports for senior leadership

• Maintain security and integrity of table games

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in gaming

• Knowledge of table games and regulations

• Strong leadership and coaching abilities

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Bilingual in English/French is an asset
