Key Responsibilities:

• Directly manage Team Leaders and their areas

• Perform safety inspections before each event

• Act as primary contact for operational concerns

• Ensure team training on tasks and equipment

• Collaborate with other departments for operations

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience leading teams at live events

• Comfortable with A/V and lighting technology

• Quick decision-making capabilities required

• Excellent communication skills over radio

• Experience in stage management is a plus
