Join Great Canadian Entertainment as a Pit Manager, focused on delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining gaming operation standards. Your leadership will shape the gaming experience for both guests and team members.
In this role, you will supervise gaming operations while implementing strategic initiatives and ensuring adherence to compliance regulations. You will champion a culture of teamwork and accountability and be responsible for managing team performance and development. Collaboration with Casino Shift Manager is key to monitoring activities and enhancing operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support the table games team
• Coordinate compliance with AML and OLG regulations
• Perform incident investigations and coaching
• Adjust staffing based on current business conditions
• Ensure operational security and integrity of games
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Commitment to service excellence and team development
• Ability to adapt to a 24-hour operation schedule
• Obtain registration as a Category 1 Gaming Assistant
