Position: Supervisory Role in Event Management
Lead memorable events at Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment as an Event Supervisor. Foster a winning atmosphere, ensuring outstanding service, communication, and operation across venues like Scotiabank Arena.

As a vital member of the Live Events team at MLSE, you'll oversee event execution, guiding staff and ensuring safety protocols are maintained. With a key focus on communication and organization, you will handle operational challenges, serve as the liaison on event days, and conduct briefings for staff. This role requires a positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction while managing multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support event execution with the Live Events team

• Liaise between clients and building personnel

• Address service and operational inquiries promptly

• Conduct staff briefings on event days

• Enforce building safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in event management

• Must work varied shifts, including weekends

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Organized and self-motivated approach to tasks

• Experience in live entertainment industry preferred
