Event Supervisor at MLSE Venues

As a member of the Live Events team, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional service while supervising event staff at Scotiabank Arena, Coca-Cola Coliseum, and BMO Field. You will act as a key communication link between clients and building personnel, addressing operational inquiries and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. A focus on timeliness and successful event execution is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee event operations with Live Events team

• Act as liaison for clients and venue staff

• Respond to operational and service issues effectively

• Run event briefings to prepare staff

• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Supervised in event management or related field for 1+ years

• Open to working flexible hours, including weekends

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure

• Experience in unionized environments is a plus
