Position: Senior Producer for TO Live Events

In this full-time position, you will report to the Director of Programming and collaborate closely with various teams, including Production Managers and Marketing. As the senior Producer among a dedicated team, you will ensure all productions meet the highest standards while managing budgets and contracts.

Your role is critical in shaping the artistic vision at TO Live, which boasts a range of events across multiple venues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the producing team with high standards

• Review and finalize contracts for TO Live productions

• Forecast budgets and control expenses effectively

• Arrange artist logistics, including travel and hospitality

• Liaise with administration and visiting artists seamlessly

Requirements:

• At least eight years in cultural program management

• Proven experience in event and production management

• Expertise in contract negotiation and execution

• Strong financial management skills required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
