Studio Coordinator
Job Description
What will you work on? We are looking for a creative, highly organized, and people-first Studio Coordinator to keep our 120+ person team connected, inspired, and having fun. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our studio culture and the go-to person for all things related to running the studio. You will turn our core values into lived experiences by designing creative social programs and managing our vibrant studio environment.

- Studio Operations: Maintain and run day-to-day studio operations, ensuring a smooth, productive, and welcoming environment. Arrive before the team to ensure the studio environment is ready for the day.
- First Point of Contact: Be the face of Sago Mini for visitors, families, interviewees, team members—in-person, on Slack, and occasionally by phone.
- Champion Team Culture: Plan, build, and host signature team engagement events;
Mega Team Days, team lunches, weekly Show & Shares, themed fun days, summer picnics, movie nights and holiday celebrations. Drive programs that celebrate team wins, birthdays, personal milestones, and company anniversaries. You'll handle end-to-end logistics, budget tracking and execution. - Support EDIB initiatives: Partner with our active EDIB team to organize educational lunch-and-learns and heritage celebrations that honor our diverse staff.
- Bridge Hybrid Connections: Develop creative ways to maintain studio energy and keep remote and in-studio team members equally engaged.
- Internal Communication & Feedback Loops: Be the cultural voice that creates fun, engaging internal announcements and Slack updates to keep the team informed. Help gather employee insights to continuously improve the workplace experience.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors and external partners, identifying cost-effective ways to manage studio needs and team events. As well as working to align with our parent company.
- Administrative & Financial Support: Oversee payments, purchasing, and expensing of studio supplies while supporting the ad hoc administrative needs of the leadership, operations and IT teams.
2+ years of experience in workplace experience, office management, event planning, hospitality, or corporate culture coordination (experience in tech, gaming, or creative industries is a huge plus). Proven success coordinating corporate events of 100+ attendees from concept to cleanup. Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, and Slack. #LI-Hybrid and #LI-HM1
SalaryThe anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in Ontario is $30 to $35 Per Hour. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. Spin Master Inc. is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
