You'll play a crucial role in cooking classes, wine tastings, and store-wide activities, reported to the Events and Education Manager. This position is ideal for those passionate about Italian culinary traditions and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute cooking and wine events with attention to detail
• Support event setup, execution, and teardown tasks
• Ensure all supplies and materials are event-ready
• Lead informative tours highlighting product information
• Manage logistics for virtual experiences and tastings
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Over 1 year in fast-paced customer service roles
• Experience in restaurant or events management
• Strong project management skills
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and travel
