Become part of the Cineplex team as an Amusement Host at The Rec Room Roundhouse in Toronto, Ontario. Provide exceptional service while creating a lively atmosphere for gamers of all ages.
The Amusement Host will play a key role in promoting a fun-filled experience at The Rec Room. You will be tasked with maintaining gaming equipment, ensuring safety protocols, and interacting with diverse guests. Key Responsibilities:
• Keep games well-maintained and clean
• Enforce safety policies among guests
• Provide enjoyable entertainment services
• Operate attractions and assist event preparations
• Address guest inquiries effectively
Requirements:
• Detail-oriented with some customer service experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good communication abilities
• Capability to work alone during shifts
• Must lift and manage up to 50 lbs
