Toronto- Events Manager

Position: Toronto-Based Events Manager Needed
Join Site Media as an Events Manager to orchestrate engaging events in Toronto. Lead on event planning, budgeting, and execution to ensure client and sponsor satisfaction.

We are looking for a dynamic Events Manager with at least 5 years of experience in the field. This role requires managing budgets, executing events from conception to conclusion, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and sponsors. You will be hands-on, ready to navigate challenges while keeping events aligned with client goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee budgeting and financial tracking for events

• Manage on-site logistics and venue coordination

• Serve as the primary client contact for each event

• Collaborate with internal teams on promotional initiatives

• Develop post-event evaluations to enhance future projects

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of event planning experience

• Proven experience in budgeting and logistics

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Project management software experience is a plus

• Willingness to travel for events, including weekends
