Key Responsibilities:

• Set up studio and puppy areas for events

• Welcome guests and manage check-in processes

• Conduct briefings and lead welcome speeches

• Support puppy care and cleanliness during events

• Monitor guest experiences and ensure safety

Requirements:

• Experience in hospitality or service roles preferred

• Must be available for weekends and at least 4 shifts monthly

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Able to lift items weighing up to 30 lbs
