Toronto Event Set

Looking for a fun, flexible way to earn extra cash and be part of exciting live events? We’re building a standby team for several high-end, one-night shows happening throughout Toronto in 2026 and we want energetic, reliable people to join us behind the scenes.

This is a great opportunity if you enjoy live events, fast-paced environments, and flexible work that fits around your schedule.

• $19.50/hour, paid weekly
• Fun, upbeat team environment
• Clean, classy, professional events
• Light lifting with lots of variety throughout the shift
• Enjoy the show while you work
• Flexible, casual work-pick up shifts when they work for you

• Unloading merchandise and décor from delivery vehicles
• Setting up props and décor on stage
• Assisting at the merchandise table
• Ushering guests, directing to washrooms, and providing face-to-face customer service
• General clean-up and teardown at the end of the event

• Multiple shows throughout 2026 across the GTA (Downtown Toronto, Mississauga, Markham, etc.)
• Events typically run Fridays, Saturday, and Sundays in the evening
• Shift times vary, but usually start late afternoon and end around 11:00 PM

• 18+ with a valid Social Insurance Number
• Previous event or setup experience preferred
• Face-to-face customer service experience required
• Able to lift, bend, kneel, and stay active throughout the shift
• Friendly, professional, and dependable attitude
