This role involves building strong relationships with VIP guests, accommodating their needs, and enhancing their gaming experience. Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain relationships with VIP guests
• Greet guests and provide efficient, friendly service
• Manage complimentary offerings based on guest activity
• Monitor betting habits to maximize profit margins
• Participate in call-center initiatives to invite guests
Requirements:
• 2+ years' experience in sales or VIP services
• Bilingual in English and French, additional languages a plus
• Valid Canadian work permit or residency required
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to handle flexible shifts including holidays
