Raptors Basketball Operations Intern

Support Raptors 905 basketball operations in Toronto through event management and cross-departmental communications as a hybrid, full-time intern. Help coordinate team activities while building practical sports operations experience.

As part of MLSE’s NBA Gatorade League team, you will assist with daily operational functions, internal communications, community initiatives, and team functions. The internship suits students studying event management, sports management, marketing, production, or related fields. Your work will connect basketball operations with business teams supporting Raptors 905.

• Organize weekly cross-departmental communications meetings
• Coordinate event people, activities, schedules, logistics, and reconciliation
• Support community event planning and execution
• Research community partners and develop partnership plans
• Assist player development program preparation and execution

• Current enrollment in a related university or college program
• Creative problem-solving and outside-the-box thinking
• Strong organization, detail orientation, and project management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Microsoft Office experience and flexible scheduling availability
