Event Technology Customer Success Manager

Event technology expertise meets customer success at Event Mobi, supporting professional event planners remotely from anywhere in Canada during Eastern hours.

As an Event Success Manager, you will advise corporations and associations throughout the event lifecycle. Your work combines event technology, customer onboarding, project management, and technical training. You will help customers adopt Event Mobi products and deliver successful events.

• Advise professional event planners and marketers strategically
• Lead onboarding, strategy sessions, and customer touchpoints
• Train customers on Event Mobi event technology
• Manage concurrent full-service event contracts end-to-end
• Coordinate cross-functional teams through live event delivery

• At least five years planning professional B2B events
• Experience with registration, event, or virtual platforms
• Familiarity with Cvent, Eventbrite, Bizzabo, Hopin, or similar
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization across multiple simultaneous projects
