This coordinator administers ticketed events for MLSE, with focus on Host Sports and external partners. The work includes Ticketmaster coordination, event builds, ticket delivery, reporting, and troubleshooting. You will support internal teams, promoters, and assigned events across changing operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer ticketed sports events across MLSE venues
Build events with pricing, barcoding, and mobile ticket management
Manage inventory, fulfillment, presales, onsales, and settlements
Troubleshoot replacements, scanning issues, refunds, and ticketing requests
Provide event reporting and shared inbox coverage
Requirements:
Previous ticket operations and administration experience
Knowledge of Ticketmaster Host, Archtics, and TM1 systems
Excellent administrative, computer, communication, and interpersonal skills
Reliable time management for time-sensitive deadlines
Availability for evenings, weekends, and some holidays
