Events and education expertise meets Italian food culture at Eataly Toronto, supporting cooking classes, tastings, tours, and guest experiences across five locations.
This seasonal, part-time associate role reports to the Events & Education Manager. You will help guests make confident shopping decisions by sharing product stories and advising on food and beverage pairings. The work includes restaurant operations, customer service, event execution, and public speaking.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute cooking classes, wine tastings, and partnership events
- Prepare tables, glassware, cutlery, collateral, and guest check-in
- Lead private and consumer store tours
- Support chefs and education leads during guest interactions
- Prepare tastings and product deliveries for activations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One-plus year restaurant, quick-service, or events experience
- One-plus year fast-paced customer service experience
- Smart Serve certification and flexible onsite availability
- Ability to lift fifty pounds and travel within the GTA
Bring organization, communication, and Italian food knowledge to events, education, and guest service throughout Eataly Toronto.
