Lead live event execution at Scotiabank Arena with MLSE, applying supervisory experience, communication, and organized customer service leadership. Work across varied event shifts.
As an Event Supervisor on the Live Events team, you will oversee efficient event delivery at Scotiabank Arena, Coca-Cola Coliseum, and BMO Field. You will lead event day personnel, coordinate with clients and building teams, and address service or operational inquiries. The position supports MLSE events and requires diplomacy, attention to detail, and responsiveness to client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Support event execution across MLSE venues
Lead relevant event day personnel
Liaise between clients and building personnel
Conduct briefings for event staff
Ensure safety and MLSE policies are followed
Requirements:
Minimum one year supervisory experience
Availability for weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Diplomacy, tact, and self-motivation
Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
Bring supervisory leadership, client communication, and event execution skills to MLSE’s live events team across Toronto venues.
