Senior Financial Analyst

Overview

Our client is a leading, privately held real estate developer based in Toronto, seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their finance team onsite in Downsview. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and gain a clear path to career advancement.

• Own project budgets and financial reporting for active developments
• Manage monthly loan draw processes and maintain accurate financing schedules
• Support construction and land financing activities
• Build and maintain financial dashboards in Power BI to support decision-making
• Act as the right hand to the VP Finance, with direct executive exposure and mentorship
• Grow into a Finance Manager role within approximately 2 years

• CPA designation with 2–4 years of relevant experience (Big 4, banking, or real estate industry preferred)
• Strong technical skills in Excel and Power BI; experience with New Star Constellation is an asset
• Proven ability to manage budgets, reporting, and financial processes with accuracy
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with significant ownership of projects
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn with a long-term career mindset

Compensation: $85K–$110K + bonus
