A leading infrastructure development company in Toronto is seeking a Director of Treasury to lead its corporate treasury function. Responsible for ensuring optimal liquidity, managing financial risks, and advising on capital structure, this senior role requires at least 10 years of progressive experience in treasury or corporate finance, along with leadership capabilities. A Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance or accounting, is essential, while an MBA or CPA/CTP/CFA is preferred.
