Salary: $81,600 - $115,200 CAD

The audit team provides strategic guidance and independent oversight across the bank, ensuring governance, risk mitigation and operational performance. You will conduct audits of assigned business functions, lead teams, and deliver recommendations for improvement.

• Plan, execute and close end‑to‑end audits in compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Lead audit planning, risk assessment and execution to mitigate risks and enhance business effectiveness.
• Prepare audit opinions and present findings to client and audit management.
• Follow up on findings from regulatory and internal audits to ensure data accuracy and proper documentation.
• Identify failures in internal processes and recommend improvements to increase operational efficiencies.
• Stay current on emerging business, analytical tools and techniques to deliver quality results within tight time frames.
• Maintain highest integrity and confidentiality, adhering to regulatory guidelines.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages open reporting of challenges and collaboration.

• Over 5 years of relevant audit experience with an undergraduate degree.
• Relevant professional certifications (CPA, CIA, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) and internet applications.
• Strong multi‑functional teamwork, guiding peers and building cross‑functional relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
