Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Credit Analyst to support our Corporate Credit Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting financial and industry analysis
, preparing credit assessments
, and optimizing credit-related procedures. This position plays a key role in the 1B risk assessment function
, supporting credit decision-making and portfolio monitoring.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and industry reviews to support lending transaction summaries.
- Perform credit risk assessment
, including credit rating input and risk category assignment in internal systems. - Monitor and report on credit risk exposures
, recommending corrective actions as needed. - Calculate and validate RAROC and other risk-based return metrics.
- Provide analytical insights to support loan structure decisions and credit quality evaluations.
- Draft, review, and maintain internal credit documentation and procedures
. - Support product management for loan-related offerings, including controls and process documentation.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Risk teams to complete annual reviews and risk evaluations.
- Ensure data accuracy across systems and reports related to credit risk
. - Participate in internal projects or process optimization initiatives as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
; CFA or CPA is a strong asset. - 3–5 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on credit analysis or corporate lending
. - Strong command of financial statement analysis and credit modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with sectors such as energy, manufacturing, real estate, or syndicated loans is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and credit risk systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet tight deadlines.
