About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Vice President to join our Client Experience Platform team, with a strong focus on Private Assets and Real Assets. This leadership position will be crucial in implementing and delivering digital workflow solutions that enhance our clients’ web experience across the Citco One platform, specifically for Private Equity, Real Estate Funds, and other Private Asset classes.

The VP will work closely with the Senior Vice President of Client Experience Platform and transform traditional client interactions into seamless digital experiences that meet the unique complexities of Private Assets and Real Assets, while maintaining consistency across other business lines such as Hedge Funds and Fund of Funds.

The role combines deep understanding of private asset client workflows with digital transformation expertise to create efficient, user‑friendly solutions that streamline interactions and improve operational efficiency. The VP will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to design and implement digital workflow opportunities that elevate the client experience for institutional investors and private asset managers.

This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Client Experience Platform.

Responsibilities

Lead digitization initiatives across client workflows with a strong emphasis on Private Equity and Real Assets processes.

Design and oversee end‑to‑end digital solutions for client approvals, queries, and deliverables specific to private asset structures.

Collaborate with business units to map current private asset processes and design improved digital workflows.

Partner with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions that address complex private asset requirements.

Ensure consistency in platform development and user experience across all asset classes, with priority on Private Assets and Real Assets.

Drive adoption of digital solutions through effective change management and client engagement strategies.

Develop and maintain documentation of workflow processes and requirements for private asset operations.

Monitor and analyze effectiveness of implemented solutions using metrics and client feedback from private asset managers.

Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in private asset servicing workflows.

Work closely with the SVP to align workflow initiatives with overall platform strategy for Private Assets.

Serve as a product expert and advocate for Citco One users, ensuring private asset clients’ needs are met.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in digital transformation, workflow automation, or similar roles within financial services, with specific exposure to Private Assets and Real Assets.

Proven track record of implementing digital workflow solutions for Private Equity, Real Estate Funds, or other private asset classes.

Strong understanding of business process management and workflow optimization for complex private asset structures.

Experience with client‑facing applications and user experience design tailored to institutional investors and private asset managers.

Deep knowledge of financial services operations, particularly private asset servicing and client service processes.

Strong project management skills with experience in agile methodologies.

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Outstanding communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements for private asset workflows.

Bachelor’s degree required; relevant advanced degree preferred.
