Job Description
The Managing Director, Financial Insights & Analysis (FIA) is accountable for ensuring CPP Investments’ senior leadership and Board receive clear, integrated insights on Fund performance, costs and exposures that support effective decision-making and leads the design and stewardship of the governance, standards and processes for total Fund reporting and analysis. They ensure that information on performance and costs is reliable, comparable and focused on what matters most.
A core expectation of the role is the ability to translate complex analytical concepts into simple, compelling narratives on cost and performance.
This is also a people leadership role with a multi-disciplinary team. The MD, FIA is responsible for setting the vision and direction for the function, developing talent, and fostering a culture that values clarity, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
