Position: Manager, Advanced Analytics, Caribbean & Central America, Global Risk Management (12-month contract)

In this role, you will:
Monitor and evaluate existing credit risk strategies (e.g. credit origination, account management, collections strategies and/or other credit solutions) to identify opportunities and provide data driven recommendations to ensure the Bank remains within risk appetiteWork with key stakeholders to provide data driven recommendation leveraging the Bank’s internal data infrastructure and external data (where possible). Define data requirements and provide analytical support for business proposals.Implement data driven credit strategy design with business partners, utilizing subject matter expertise to develop customer segmentation, credit limits assignment, pre-approval, and credit lifecycle strategies for retail and small businessFacilitate with business case development that model profit and risk trade-offs of strategies initiated and follow up with operation monitoring and champion/challenger performance tracking.Conduct in-depth analysis to identify change in credit quality, exceptions, customer behavior and origination trends. Develop and track early-warning indicators to identify population shifts. Provide periodic recommendation for risk controls and strategy enhancement.Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? - We'd love to work with you if you have:
University or post-graduate degree in n Economics, Finance, Business, Mathematics, or Computer ScienceMinimum 1 years of experience in credit risk strategy design and/or retail portfolio management fieldStrong knowledge of retail or small business portfolio performance and credit risk measurement concepts and methodologiesAbility to work with large volumes of data and proficient working experience with SQL, SAS, and PowerBIResults driven mindset with proven record of abilities to translate data and analysis to actionable insightsExcellent written and presentation skills to present insights and explanation to various stakeholders within the organizationExperience in big data ETL processing is an asset
