Auto Loan Verification Specialist

• Review loan documentation for funding compliance with internal policies.
• Manage a busy workflow while maintaining accuracy and meeting service standards and turnaround times.
• Follow up with dealerships to resolve pending or missing items via phone, fax, and email, and resolve complex contract issues.
• Process received documents such as contracts and trailing documents.
• Provide lost or missing contract research as needed.
• Update records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
• Execute detailed document review ensuring all assigned documents are accurate, complete, properly executed, and registered as required.
• Provide prompt, efficient, detailed customer-oriented service to all stakeholders.
• Map internal and external emails in a timely manner.
• Communicate professionally with dealerships through our platform in real time.

• Fully bilingual in English and French.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

• Strong analytical and arithmetic skills.
• Advanced internet browsing and investigative skills.

• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

• Previous experience in lending, automotive, or financial services.
• High level of accuracy and consistency in document verification and disbursement release.
• Post-secondary education in Finance or Business Administration.

• Flexible availability: hours vary between 9 AM and 9 PM EST, Monday to Friday, with alternating Saturday shifts. Schedules are published a month in advance and are rotating.
