We are partnering with a global, sponsor-backed organization to appoint a Regional Finance Director – Americas. This is a senior finance leadership role with broad exposure to regional strategy, commercial decision-making, and executive stakeholders across a multi-country operating model. The role sits at the intersection of FP&A, business partnering, and regional performance management, acting as the primary finance lead for the Americas while contributing to group-level planning and value creation initiatives.

• Act as the lead finance partner for the Americas region, supporting senior commercial and operational leaders
• Own long-range planning, annual budgeting, and forecasting for the region
• Deliver high-quality financial insight to support growth, investment decisions, and resource allocation
• Provide commercial support on new initiatives, pricing decisions, and contract economics
• Lead regional performance management, including variance analysis, trend identification, and corrective action
• Partner closely with Group FP&A and executive leadership on strategic initiatives
• Manage and develop a regional finance business partnering team (multi-country remit)

• Strategic Finance & Planning:
  Multi-year planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
• Business Partnering:
  Embedded finance support to regional leadership; trusted advisor at senior leadership level
• Commercial & Investment Analysis:
  Pricing reviews, investment appraisals, capex oversight, post-implementation reviews
• Performance & Reporting:
  Monthly close insight, outlook reporting, KPI frameworks
• Leadership:
  Build, coach, and scale a high-performing regional finance team in a matrix environment

• Qualified accountant (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent)
• Strong background in FP&A and commercial finance within complex, multi-country organizations
• Proven ability to partner with senior executives and regional business leaders
• Experience operating in matrixed, international environments
• Commercially astute with strong analytical and communication skills
• Comfortable leading teams across geographies
• Systems-savvy; experience with modern ERP and planning tools preferred
