Job Description
Finance lead for HRS & Office Services teams.Lead and execute month-end close activities including journal entries, accruals, and cost centre reporting.Prepare variance analysis and commentary comparing actuals to budget and forecastPresent financial results and insights to business groups, ensuring clarity and alignment with operational goals.Collaborate with stakeholders to develop monthly financial forecasts and support the annual budgeting process for both expense and capital planning.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), highlight trends and changes monthly.Support the Biannual allocation model process.Responsible for preparing intercompany billings and month end intercompany journal entries.Respond to financial requests from senior management and perform additional duties as required.Qualifications & Requirements:
Three to Four (3-4) years of progressive work experienceStrong financial systems experience, including advanced Excel skills.Leadership and interpersonal skills, and the willingness to always support the team.Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.Able to translate financial terms into business vocabulary.Highly organized and able to work in a dynamic, complex, and fast-paced environment, as well as adapt quickly to manage changing priorities and deadlines.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivated and proactive, with respect to both managing workload and professional development.Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is an asset.
