PMO, Finance & Banking

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Financial Manager in tracking, forecasting, and creating reporting across the Finance & ERPM portfolio.
• Act as a financial gatekeeper, evaluating resource requests and ensuring alignment with available funding or identifying paths to secure additional funds.
• Support the Director, Portfolio Delivery in providing accurate and timely financial insights, reports and presentations to senior leadership.

• Experience in financial analysis, project control, or portfolio coordination within a large, complex organization.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, financial modeling, graphs).
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Clarity, MS Project, JIRA). Knowledge on Clarity data management (e.g., Spotfire reports) is a plus.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills: ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders constructively.
• Strong organizational skills: attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams and build strong working relationships.
