We’re partnering with this fintech company to hire a Finance Manager who will play a critical role in owning core finance operations while partnering closely with the CFO. This is a hands‑on role with real influence — from audit and reporting to process improvement and team management.

You’ll manage a small finance team, help modernise systems and processes, and ensure the company is set up for its next stage of growth.

• Prepare annual financial statements and manage the year‑end audit process
• Oversee monthly close, reporting, and financial controls
• Manage and mentor direct reports
• Lead continuous improvement and automation of internal finance systems
• Prepare the annual budget in collaboration with the CFO
• Support new company initiatives by creating and refining finance‑related processes
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies

• Experience owning audits and financial statements
• Strong background in monthly close, reporting, and budgeting
• Comfortable improving systems, processes, and controls
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, startup or scale‑up environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner cross‑functionally
