Senior Transaction Administrator – RBC
Join RBC as a Senior Transaction Administrator. You will be responsible for quality control of all financial and non‑financial transactions to ensure accuracy across Mutual Funds, Segregated Funds, and Pooled Funds for various account types (CASH, RRSP, TFSA, Income Fund, RESP).
Responsibilities- Quality control review of all trading and account data input on the record‑keeping system.
- Review mutual and pooled fund investor transactions for errors from internal processing.
- Review trade rejection reports and provide explanations to internal partners as required.
- Report errors, trade rejections, and electronic transfer issues within the internal database to capture data for reporting purposes.
- Maintain current knowledge of client specific and departmental requirements.
- Communicate effectively with all teams to enhance the overall client experience.
- Support and assist other department members during absences or high‑volume periods.
- Escalate issues to management that hinder meeting deadlines, impact client service, or pose potential loss to the organization.
- Notify all accounts where unusual actions have occurred.
- Audit transactions, question procedures, suggest improvements, and provide accurate feedback to reduce errors and ensure a high accuracy rate.
- Mutual Funds/Segregated Funds industry experience.
- Highly motivated, detail‑oriented, and deadline‑oriented.
- Strong team player, resolute for team success.

- Able to multi‑task and prioritize varied functions and workloads.
- Availability to work overtime, including weekends.
- Ability to communicate in French.
- Knowledge of the Unitrax record‑keeping system.
- Understanding of registered products.
- Experience in an imaging/workflow environment.
- Excellent exposure to communicate with various business partners and stakeholders.
