• Support quality control of daily deliverables in line with company policies on investor registration, transactions, reporting, and cash.
• Serve as primary contact for client inquiries and deliverables, ensuring timely completion within service level agreements and escalating issues when necessary.
• Prepare capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with fund documentation.
• Calculate fee schedules and waterfall models, maintaining compliance with fund terms.
• Contribute to a positive team culture through regular check‑ins, knowledge sharing, and collaboration.
• Assist management with departmental initiatives, projects, and risk mitigation efforts.

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in financial services, fund administration, asset management, banking, or client service.
• Experience in private equity funds is an asset.
• Familiarity with investor services processes is an asset.
• Professional designations (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CMA) or working toward one are considered an asset but not required.

Pay range: CAD 63,750 - CAD 93,500
