Card Issuing Product Lead

Yoo Financial is a cutting‑edge fintech company under OTT Pay and is preparing for launch its Master Card BIN‑based issuing platform that will enable virtual and physical card issuance, tokenization for digital wallets, loyalty and rewards functionality, and end‑to‑end settlement flows.

We are seeking a senior Card Issuing Product Lead who has hands‑on experience building and launching card programs end‑to‑end. This leader understands what it takes to transform a BIN to a fully launched, tokenized, compliant, revenue‑producing payment product. This is a full‑time, permanent position that requires regular onsite presence at our 1123 Leslie St office location.

How You Will Contribute
  • Product Leadership
    • Own and execute the end‑to‑end roadmap for card issuing to ensure every component fits into a coherent issuing architecture: BIN lifecycle, card profile, MDES enablement, and scheme compliance
    • Manage partner technical stakeholders and sponsor bank relationships
    • Lead scheme certification and audit deliverables
  • Issuing Product Definition & Lifecycle Design
    • Define card logic, onboarding flows, limits, AML/KYC requirements, fee model, and user experience
    • Oversee tokenization and DPAN mapping
  • Settlement & Reconciliation Architecture
    • Define operational SLAs with sponsor bank
    • Implement daily reconciliation, settlement cut‑off, and dispute workflows
  • Risk & Compliance
    • Establish velocity/risk rules and anti‑BIN attack protections
    • Ensure AML, PCI‑DSS, and card scheme audit readiness
  • Build Loyalty & Rewards Capabilities
    • Drive loyalty, rewards, and cardholder engagement strategy
    • Design and operationalize issuer‑funded and merchant‑funded incentive models
  • Internal Leadership
    • Translate scheme rules into actionable engineering and operational deliverables
    • Collaborate with compliance, risk, and security teams to align AML, PCI, and program expectations
What You Bring To The Table
  • 8+ years of experience in card issuing across Master Card, Visa, digital banking, or issuer processing environments in North America
  • Hands‑on experience launching at least one BIN‑based card program (mandatory), with ownership beyond advisory roles
  • Exposure to Prepaid, Debit, Gift Card, or Loyalty ecosystems is preferred
  • Strong understanding of settlement, reconciliation, chargebacks, digital wallet tokenization, and post‑launch operations
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence teams and deliver outcomes without direct reporting structures

Mon – Fri, 9:00am to 5:30pm
