A leading Canadian bank is seeking a Manager for Credit Control Effectiveness within its Credit Risk Strategy team. This role involves ensuring the execution of business strategies and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree in Business or related fields, along with 3-5 years of experience in Commercial Banking. Responsibilities include evaluation of credit processes, conducting loan reviews, and effective communication with stakeholders.

Proficiency in MS Office and other financial tools is required, while fluency in French is considered an asset.
