• Develop, maintain, and enhance dynamic construction proformas using Excel.
• Preparation of quarterly Budget-to-Actual report in liaison with operations team.
• Maintains project budget version tracker and project sensitivity analysis to support acquisitions and ongoing project evaluations.
• Create Project Budget Substantiation Document for each project to substantiate Lot Anchor Estimates.
• Maintain and reconcile cash flow models.
• Assist and review monthly project status presentation for internal stakeholders.
• Create and refine automated templates and dashboard to standardize stakeholder reporting.
• Prepare Project Closeout and variance report, identifying lessons learned and performance benchmarks.
• Perform ad hoc financial modelling for scenario testing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Real Estate.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA designation (or in progress) is an asset.
• 4+ years of experience in real estate development, homebuilding, or construction finance

$105,000 - $125,000/year
