A leading independent mortgage finance company in Toronto is seeking a Mortgage Administrator to manage post-funding activities for commercial mortgages. The successful candidate will be responsible for tax escrow management, payment processing, and ensuring timely follow-ups on legal documentation. This role requires strong analytical, customer service, and organizational skills alongside a background in commercial mortgage administration. A post-secondary diploma or degree and proficiency in loan servicing systems are required.

Competitive salary offered in the range of $50,000 – $60,000.
