Position: Director, Customer and Commercial Finance.
About This Opportunity
The Director, Customer and Commercial Finance will lead a team of 10 finance professionals supporting Coke Canada Bottling’s National Sales, Commercial and Revenue Growth Management teams. This role serves as a strategic finance business partner to the Chief Customer Officer and Chief Commercial Officer and reports to the VP, Finance. The Director will provide financial guidance on day-to-day operations and long-term strategic initiatives, with a focus on customer profitability, trade spend optimization, and collaborative business planning
This position plays a critical role in ensuring financial integrity and driving operational efficiency through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration. The Director will also contribute to the development of financial tools and processes that support continuous improvement and commercial excellence.
Responsibilities
Support the month-end close process and external year-end audit with accurate and timely reporting (areas of responsibility: National Sales and Commercial operating expenses, manual revenue and incidence pricing expenses).Present monthly financial performance results with executive leadership, including the CEO, CFO, and COO.Facilitate quarterly rolling estimate deliverables with business partners to ensure accurate and timely reporting.Facilitate annual business planning cycle for Revenue Planning, National Sales and Commercial operating expenses, manual revenue and incidence pricing expenses.Track brand partner funding across customer agreements and initiatives to ensure timely billing and reconciliation.Oversee Stages & Gates process for innovation product launches from a financial perspectiveCreate profitability P&Ls for ad-hoc commercial projectsCoach and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture and preparing talent for future leadership roles.Drive process improvements and contribute to the development of financial systems and tools. #CBSAS #LI-IM1Qualifications
