WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? In this role, you become a true strategic partner to Investor Services (IS) shaping how these businesses plan, invest, and perform. You’ll join a team that is deeply embedded in the business—translating data into clarity, guiding leaders through key decisions, and driving an owner-operator mindset across a global platform.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
  • Deliver financial advisory support to IS, including analytics, reporting, and performance insight to drive business planning and forecasting.
  • Lead month-end analysis and benchmarking, providing clear expense variance commentary to finance and business partners.
  • Develop and enhance financial models that support strategic forecasts, the 5-Year Outlook, annual planning, and regulatory stress testing.
  • Own accurate and transparent monthly NIE reporting for IS consolidated results, including relevant operating metrics.
  • Perform trend analysis to identify opportunities and support leadership in achieving financial targets and optimizing investment decisions.
  • Partner with IS teams to strengthen financial discipline, accountability, and transparent decision-making.
  • Work with Financial Controls to ensure strong governance over monthly close, P&L analytics, balance sheet review, and financial disclosures.
  • Continuously improve processes—standardizing, automating, and freeing capacity for deeper insight generation.
  • WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
    Must have:
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong financial modelling capabilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor insights for diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and project-management abilities.
  • Demonstrated analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and create well-supported insights.
  • Understanding of the financial services and/or technology environment, with the ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings.
  • Nice-to-have

  • Experience working within a matrixed, large-scale corporate environment.
  • Ability to influence and facilitate decision-making among senior stakeholders.
