BRIEF INTRODUCTION
As a Branch Systems Administrator you will contribute to the effective functioning of the branch team by ensuring that all workstations, voice communications and multi-functioning devices are running effectively. You will join a purpose-driven winning team, committed to results, in an inclusive and high-performing culture.
IS THIS ROLE RIGHT FOR YOU
In the role you will:
Deliver proactive and reactive technical expertise with a hands-on approach, addressing issues and improvements for Branch StaffAct as the liaison with the Helpdesk and the Branch Training and Support Team to ensure efficient resolution to all issuesEnsure all technology is running at maximum efficiencyProvide basic-level training on all applicationsEscalate issues to internal and external providersDO YOU HAVE THE SKILLS
We would love to work with you if you have:
Experience in providing IT support to end-users.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsProvide excellent service in a professional and respectful manner.Ability to meet deadlinesKnowledge of Microsoft systems:
