What’s the Job?
We are seeking a Project Controls Coordinator III to support cost management, forecasting, reporting, earned value analysis, and change management for active capital projects. This role works closely with Project Managers, Field Cost Analysts, and the broader Controls team to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and financial integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
Pay Rate: $55.14/hr (T4)
Contract Length: 12 months
Hybrid Schedule: In‑Office Mon/Tue/Thu, Remote Wed/Fri
• Maintain and analyze project costs, budgets, commitments, and forecasts
• Perform earned value analysis and report variances
• Prepare monthly cost reports, close processes, and capital cost estimates
• Manage and document project change orders per PMO standards
• Review cost transactions for accuracy and compliance
• Maintain WBS structure supporting execution, cost control, and asset creation
• Collaborate with PMs and Controls team to review progress and updates
• Support invoice coding, work order maintenance, and documentation
• 4-year degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in Project Controls or Project Management
• Strong analytical skills with Earned Value Management experience
• Proficient in SAP, Oracle, Excel (intermediate+), and MS Office
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder engagement
• PMP preferred
• Detail‑oriented with strong data reconciliation skills
