A highly respected wealth management and life insurance advisory firm in Toronto is seeking an experienced Senior Client Services Associate to support a sophisticated portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients
.

This role is ideal for a professional with deep experience in life insurance administration, wealth management client service, and complex case coordination
. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while supporting advisors with policy implementation, account servicing, and ongoing relationship management.

This is a full-time, in-office role in Toronto
, working closely with a team that advises high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families, entrepreneurs, and executives
.

The Role – Senior Client Services Associate

As a Senior Client Services Associate
, you will act as a key liaison between clients, advisors, insurance carriers, and financial institutions. You will manage complex client service needs related to life insurance policies, wealth planning strategies, and high-value client accounts while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and responsiveness.

You will support the advisory team in delivering best-in-class service to ultra-high-net-worth clients
, ensuring policies and financial strategies are implemented smoothly and maintained with precision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage ongoing service for a portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth wealth management and insurance clients
  • Coordinate life insurance policy implementation, underwriting documentation, and policy administration
  • Liaise with insurance carriers, financial institutions, and internal advisors
  • Prepare and review documentation related to life insurance applications, policy changes, and renewals
  • Support advisors in executing advanced wealth planning and insurance strategies
  • Ensure timely follow-up on client requests and service inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and client servicing systems
  • Assist with high-value client onboarding and account maintenance
  • Coordinate client documentation and reporting related to insurance and wealth planning solutions
Candidate Profile
  • 10+ years of experience in life insurance client service, wealth management support, or financial advisory administration
  • Experience working with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients
  • Strong knowledge of life insurance products, underwriting processes, and policy servicing
  • Familiarity with wealth management structures and financial planning coordination
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex documentation
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills
  • Ability to operate in a high-touch client service environment
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and financial services administrative processes
