Elevate the financial experience for Canadians as an Operations Officer at EQ Bank. This hybrid role focuses on client onboarding, transaction processing, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Operations, the Operations Officer will be crucial in enhancing the Digital Banking group’s efficiency. You will ensure compliance during onboarding, manage transaction processes, and provide high-quality service to clients. Your strong multitasking abilities will be invaluable in this fast-paced role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional service to client inquiries
• Oversee the onboarding process for new clients
• Review and process cheque and electronic deposits
• Handle transfer requests for RRSP and TFSA accounts
• Escalate complex issues to the management team
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of financial services operations experience
• Excellent problem-solving and judgement skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Deposit and Registered products is desired
