Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile and process cash distributions and debt payments

• Communicate with custodians for event management

• Prepare events for timely processing on payable dates

• Address stock loan settlements and claim resolutions

• Assist investment advisors and other stakeholders

Requirements:

• 1-3 years' relevant experience in brokerage

• Excellent customer service and attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Capability to manage pressure and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
