Reporting directly to the VP, Finance, the Cost Controller is vital for the financial integrity of construction projects. With at least 5 years of experience, you will work closely with project teams to coordinate budget delivery and execution.

Your role involves analyzing costs and advising on financial implications to optimize resource usage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive execution of budget management and tracking

• Own delivery of comprehensive cost control reports

• Analyze and advise on material and supply chain costs

• Monitor awarded budgets versus actual expenditures

• Recommend improvements for financial effectiveness

Requirements:

• 5+ years in cost control within construction

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field

• CPA or equivalent professional certification

• Knowledge of Primavera P6 software

• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration
