As a Director, you will play a central role in evaluating complex financial transactions involving securitization and structured credit. You’ll be responsible for leading analytical work, engaging with rating committees, and improving rating criteria. Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze structural elements and legal factors in transactions
• Serve as an analyst for both primary and secondary ratings
• Influence the advancement of rating criteria through recommendations
• Engage in research reporting on sector trends
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, economics, or accounting
• 8+ years of relevant experience, ideally in Structured Credit
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; programming knowledge preferred
• Direct experience with credit analysis methodologies
