This opportunity is tailored for third or fourth-year undergraduate or MBA students specializing in Real Estate, Finance, or Commerce. You will engage directly with asset management professionals, assisting in financial analysis and reporting. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing financial reports and property valuations

• Collaborate with various organizational teams for project support

• Conduct analysis of leases and cash flow projections

Requirements:

• Enrolled in an undergraduate degree or MBA program
