As we expand our Commercial Business unit, Zurich Canada is seeking a Senior Actuarial Analyst with experience in P&C Pricing. This role is essential for analyzing data, contributing to portfolio management strategies, and creating pricing models. You will directly engage with underwriting teams and provide insights that influence key business decisions and enhance profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop actionable pricing insights for Commercial Insurance
• Analyze performance and drive effective portfolio strategies
• Enhance actuarial pricing models and structures
• Collaborate with technical underwriting teams for pricing
• Maintain compliance with governance and regulatory standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline
• 3+ years of actuarial experience required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SQL or R
• Progress towards ACAS or equivalent
• Exceptional communication skills
