Key Responsibilities:
• Create exceptional customer experiences around home borrowing
• Engage clients through thoughtful questions and solutions
• Maintain professional branch environment adhering to guidelines
• Drive proactive outreach to improve customer retention
• Ensure complete and accurate transaction documentation
Requirements:
• High School diploma; degree in a related field is an asset
• At least 2 years of relevant banking experience
• Completion of Investment Funds in Canada accreditation within 90 days
• Obtain Certificate in Financial Services Advice within 6 months
• In-depth understanding of TD products and services
