Asset Management Analyst Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate financial analysis for asset management strategies

• Complete detailed market trend evaluations

• Contribute to leasing and tenant credit assessments

• Build and sustain financial models with Argus and Yardi

• Engage in support of asset-level business plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or real estate finance

• 1-2 years of relevant asset management experience

• Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Familiarity with financial reporting systems
